Am I going to be ok?

After my leg treatment, I asked the woman whether the burns on my arms were normal.

She looked at them and said that should not have happened and then asked me whether my arm hair was long. I told her that they were and I was told I could still get the treatment but it would be slightly more painful.
She said because the hair was long it caused the skin to burn and the previous woman should have shaved them.

I told the woman if I knew this would happen I would have gone home that day and shaved them. I only got told it can be more painful, not that I would have repercussions.

The woman then gave me some burn cream in which I have to use once a day for a week. I then thought ‘aw do I have to pay for this now, even though this wasn’t suppose to happen’ but I didn’t have to pay.
If the burns don’t go away within a week I would have to come back.
